01. The Challenge
Modelle Academy, a professional modelling school offering courses for beginners to experienced models, was competing against large national agencies and well-established academies with strong domain authority. Despite offering excellent training programmes, the school was invisible online — relying entirely on word-of-mouth and social media for enrolments.
The challenge was twofold: compete nationally for high-volume terms like "modelling agency UK" while also dominating local search for their city and surrounding areas.
