01. The Challenge

Ranking for healthcare and addiction treatment keywords is among the most difficult SEO challenges. Google's YMYL guidelines classify this content as high-stakes — where poor information could directly impact a user's health or life. The rehab centre had a WordPress site with no structured content strategy, missing author credentials, zero schema markup, and a weak backlink profile.
